The Tasmanian Electricity Code (Code) requires the Regulator to establish a Code Change Panel (CCP). The CCP must consider matters referred to it by the Regulator or licensees including suggested changes to the Code or the identification of Code provisions in relation to which changes may be necessary or desirable. The CCP makes recommendations to the Regulator in relation to such matters.
